Expert Forum on Security in the Wider Black Sea Region

The conference will take place between the 14th and the 17th of September, 2017 in Constanţa, Romania. Turbulence in the International Relations, at a global, European and regional level, are influencing the life and future of all the states in the Wider Black Sea Region. Perspectives are different than a year ago, since the main actors are suffering themselves big changes and periods of uncertainties. The events with important impact on the evolution of the world of tomorrow are also accumulating this year and are to be present in the near future. And conflicts and crisis in the region, old and new, present a different impact and are intertwined in a higher interdependence, producing a higher level of tectonic waves in the region. All this needs to be discussed and assessed at an expert level.
The conference will bring together 30 experts from the area.
